I was pleasantly surprised to stumble on this excellent vegan restaurant. The staff was friendly and described what was available to me. The mushroom Wellington was excellent, and the roast vegetables were nicely accompanied by a mildly spicy sauce. So it is a five-star from me - which I give out rarely
Love this place. I’ve been vegan for 3 years and counting and it makes me so happy when I see a place that really does vegetables justice and serves food that makes you feel so refreshed and healthy. Definitely give this a go- I had the mushroom wellington and it was incredible! Staff were very nice as well. They also do homemade kombucha but it was sold out- will be back to try!
We have visited Canterbury from New Zealand six times in recent years, having a daughter & family living here. When we think of food and coffee in Canterbury this is an absolute fav. Love the vegetarian/vegan options, the freshness of ingredients, coffee, and the very reasonable prices.
I recently visited a new place that left a fantastic impression on me. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the veggie sunrise bowl, which was bursting with fresh flavors and vibrant colors. Although I’m not vegan, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pancakes were outstanding, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. Raj, who took care of us, was exceptional and made the experience even more memorable. I wish them all the best with their new venture!
